My Journey

I am Diana, a certified international yoga teacher specializing in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga. After moving through burnout and the early stages of motherhood myself, I learned how profoundly yoga can support birth, physical recovery, mental clarity, and long-term well-being. With a professional background as an Engineer, my teaching approach is scientific, evidence-based, and body-aware. I focus on biomechanics and safe movement techniques that help women navigate pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery with confidence. If you’re seeking a grounded, research-informed approach to yoga for motherhood, I look forward to guiding you on your mat.

About the community in Nyon and its surroundings

The Supermoms Circle is a supportive community for pregnant women and new moms in and around Nyon. It is designed to help you cultivate a more connected motherhood, deeper connection to your baby, your body, and your own well-being. Members receive a regular newsletter and access to a private WhatsApp group, where I share micro practices and simple tools you can integrate into daily life. These practices help reduce stress, improve body awareness, and support emotional balance during pregnancy and postpartum. We meet regularly in Nyon for gatherings that encourage real connection and shared experience. The community also includes events with guest talks and casual meetups in local cafés, creating space for conversation, support, and friendship.
