As a yoga, breathwork and postpartum specialist, I created the Prana Flow Method® – a gentle, evidence-based approach that strengthens mothers physically, stabilizes them emotionally and helps them reconnect with their own rhythm.

This method combines biomechanics-based yoga therapy, breath physiology and nervous system regulation with mindful, flowing movement. It helps reduce pain, reconnect you with your body and bring more ease into your daily life as a mother.

Alignment

Biomechanically grounded posture and alignment that protect, strengthen, and reconnect your body with itself. Every movement is intentionally designed for optimal postpartum healing.

Breath

Hi Supermoms, I'm Diana – yoga teacher, mindful motherhood guide and specialist in prenatal & postpartum care. As a new mom myself, I know how overwhelming this time can be – physically, emotionally, mentally.

My own experiences taught me how deeply women need support, knowledge and calm. This is why I help mothers rediscover strength, trust and connection to their bodies.
